Pohyb je toti\u017e n\u00e1vykov\u00fd. M\u00e1me to zak\u00f3dovan\u00e9 v na\u0161\u00ed DNA. \u010c\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji a d\u00e9le se sportuje, t\u00edm rychleji a l\u00e9pe se hubne.
